Shipping your parcel

Each product is produced to order. The delivery time is specified on each product sheet. As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email.

Shipping costs include preparation, packaging and postage. Preparation costs are fixed, while shipping costs vary according to the total weight of the package. We recommend that you group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Box sizes are appropriate and your items are properly protected. We cannot deliver post boxes.

Delivery outside Europe (Switzerland)

We deliver to all countries outside the European zone. However, you may be asked to pay import charges by the carrier in your country. Deliveries outside Europe will take longer. This delay is displayed on our website at the delivery stage of your order.

Return / Refund for withdrawal

As our products are personalized and manufactured to order, it is not possible to return them. Each production is unique. We sell exclusively to professionals. We do not sell to individuals.

Checking merchandise

Upon delivery, it is imperative to check the integrity of your order in the presence of the carrier. If there is a problem, report it in writing to the carrier and contact us within 24 hours. After this time, the carrier will no longer accept complaints.
